Well, hello! Welcome to the blog for Three Eleven Photography! Please pull up your chair, get comfy and take a few minutes to peruse my lastest work and other lovely ideas and inspirations on this blog. I am working on a new site that I am so excited to reveal very very soon. I will keep everyone updated right here.

If it's your first time here, let me tell you a little about Three Eleven and myself. My name is Lindsay Ann Corrigan. Photography is one of my passions in life and people are another. With Three Eleven, I get to combine these two things to make my job! I get to capture the most precious times in life and give them as a gift to relive over and over. Weddings, portraits... life. Everything beautiful in its time. (Ecclesiastes 3:11)

Oh, and if you enjoy what you see and read, please leave a comment!

Cheers!

Right on the Money!

Nice guess, Joni! Ecclesiastes 3:11 is one of my favorite verses in the Bible. Josiah teases me because I have multiple favorites of everything. I just can’t ever seem to narrow it down to one thing.

This verse follows one of my favorite passages (the one the Mamas and the Papas made popular), and it expresses exactly what drives me as a photographer.

“He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has put eternity into man’s heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.”

In relation to the previous passage (“To everything, turn, turn, turn…”), the writer expresses that even in all the repetitiveness in life, the good and the bad, there is a time when each stage reaches a point when its true beauty is revealed. God also gave us a sense that life continues after this, and we stand in awe of God’s creation and plan. (I got all that from the ESV Study Bible notes.) Pretty neat, huh?

This verse inspires me to always look for beauty and remember the deepness of each and every thing in this life.

So Joni, thanks to your brilliance, you will receive a Starbucks e-card in your email today! Thanks for guessing!
